These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who uses www.jyokriaistudio.com or enrolls in a course, bootcamp (including SAP AI BOOTCAMP 2.0), demo or other program offered by JyokriAIStudio (“we”, “us”). By using the website or completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Our programs
Our programs are delivered 100% online through live sessions, recordings and learning material. Course content, schedules, session hosts and bonuses are described on each course page. We may update the content of a program to keep it current, without reducing its overall value.
2. Enrollment and payment
- Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are paid online through Razorpay.
- Your enrollment is confirmed once your payment is successful.
- Offer prices are valid only until the deadline shown on the website.
- Please give a correct name, email address and mobile number. We use them to send joining links, updates and recordings.
3. Batches and schedule
You choose your batch timing at checkout. If you need to move to another batch, contact us and we will help where seats are available. We may occasionally reschedule a session for reasons such as instructor availability or technical issues; we will inform you in advance and the session will be held at the new time or made available as a recording.
4. Refunds
All payments are final, except for duplicate payments. Please read our Refund Policy before paying.
5. Access and recordings
Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, joining links or recordings with anyone else. Where a program includes lifelong access to batch recordings, this means access for as long as JyokriAIStudio operates the platform that hosts them. We may suspend access if an account is shared or misused.
6. Conduct
Please be respectful to instructors, guest experts and other learners in live sessions, chats and groups. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or disrupts sessions, without a refund.
7. Intellectual property
All course material, recordings, slides, prompts and documents belong to JyokriAIStudio or their respective owners. They are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or redistribute them without our written permission.
8. Careers, certification and referrals
Career guidance, interview preparation, certification help and job referrals are provided to support you, but we do not guarantee a job, placement, salary or certification result. Any SAP certification exam is taken directly with SAP and is subject to SAP’s own rules and fees.
9. Trademarks
SAP, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP Joule and other SAP product names are trademarks of SAP SE. JyokriAIStudio is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAP SE.
10. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn 30% of the course fee for each successful, paid enrollment made through their referral link, as described on the Affiliate Program page. We may decline or end an affiliate account for spam or misleading promotion.
11. Limitation of liability
We work hard to make our programs accurate and useful, but the content is provided for learning purposes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
